By downloading or playing Sproutopia ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• Coins, gems, energy, plants and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the App.
• Some Virtual Items can be bought with real money through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices are shown before you confirm. All purchases are final except where Apple's refund policy applies; refund requests must be made to Apple.
• We may change, rebalance, or remove Virtual Items and game features at any time as part of ongoing development. We are not liable for such changes.

4. Advertising

The App may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Watching an ad is always your choice. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.

5. Your conduct

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, modify or reverse-engineer the App, use automation or third-party tools to play, or interfere with the App's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.
